General Questions
What size will I need?
This will depend on what you are storing. Make a detailed list of what you will be storing and we will gladly help you get into the right size.
How long will it take to do the lease?
Usually this takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.
What will I need to rent a unit?
You will need your driver's license or passport (and an item with your home address if you are using your passport). You will need a form of payment and someone we can list as a second contact on your lease.
What forms of payments do you take?
We take Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover), Money Orders, Personal and Bank Checks.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes. We do have a cylinder lock that is built into the door; however we ask that you put your own private lock on in addition.
Is there electricity in the units?
No. We do not supply electricity to any units.
Do you have security?
Yes. We do have security cameras and controlled gate access and we also encourage our local police officers to park in our facility if they need to do any paperwork.
Can I drive right up to my unit?
Yes, however some of our smaller sizes are located inside.
Can I store electronics (TV's, Computers, Etc.)?
Yes you can. It's always better if you have the original boxes, however if you don't anything with a screen should be wrapped in a soft blanket and then bubbled wrapped to avoid any screen damage.
Are the units dry?
Yes, but we do recommend you placing a tarp over and under your belongings. Our floors are concrete and as with any concrete floor temperature changes can release moisture from the concrete.
What hours can I access my unit?
You will have 24 hour access 7 days a week from the time you rent your unit.
Can I reserve a unit?
We can typically hold a unit for 24 hours, however in our busiest months this may not be possible.
